PTC's Creo isn't a new concept. Look at Adobe. They came up this cross platform years ago with their Creative suite packages and Adobe bridge to connect them together.
I emailed PTC about it when I couldn't get in. They actually responded. Soits probably not the fault of any particular browser ,or user. It just didn't work for some people.
