I have a large amount of welds to do in the models using the ProE welding module but only know how to do simple fillet welds with it. Is there any tutorials out there on how to do the other welds?
We make a separate part file assemble them in default position and then extrude revolve in place where the welds they are. We project cosmetics to the weld surface if we need to show weld direction.
Firstly, welding being a process, one should have atleast the basic knowledge of different welds. Once that is gained, one can go through the help files. That is a good place to begin.
