Is there any relations in Pro/E to specify the parameter "DATE" as current date.

There is a parameter &todays_date that coincidentally evaluates to the current date. There are some config options to format the date.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. This is OKtodisplay date indrawing title block.


But we need toassign the parameter "date" fromrelation and it should get reflected in Parameter window.


How can we get current date in Parameter window for the parameter DATE?

Yeah this date thing is lame. We want the date to be updated whenever the drawing is opened. Its not everyones need, but its what we need. We ended up using pRO/toolkit PROGRAM to create/update a parameter everytime a model is opened, abd we report that date on our formats.
