Problem with sketcher

One of our users is having a problem in sketcher mode. When they go into the sketcher and sketch a horizontal line, and then try to sketch a vertical line from one of the end point vertices the end point doesn't light up so you can't snap to it. I did a search in Mcad and couldn't find anything. I went into sketcher option and vertices was checked.

Try this, go to Tools/Options and type in the "option" box located at the lower left corner of that window. type in "sketcher",then click on the "Find" button. you will get a list of anything pretaining to Sketcher. Look for"sketcher_disp_constraints" set this setting for "YES". the click on ADD/Change to make this change. then click on Apply. this should help.

Sketch > Options > Parameters > Relative Accuracy is value between 0 and 1

The lower it is, the harder it gets to snap to vertices.
