Problem with installation EFX

I have downloaded EFX 6.0from rapidshare


PTC[1] .PRO.ENGINEER.WILDFIRE.B.and.W.Expert.Framework.Extension.v6 .0-SHooTERS.part1

but I have problem with installation, could some one explain how to install it
