We are currently looking at Pro/NC Sheetmetal. I was reading through the manual and it states that you get a warning if the part thickness is different. Is this just a warningthat youcan override. I'm asking because awhile back we changed steel vendors and the thicknessofthe 7ga steel changed.We have many 7ga parts designed at .179 and we also have parts designed at .175. Will this cause a problem with the automation.

That error message can be overridden. I think there is also a TOLERANCE setting, that may allow for this type of thing.
I'll have a look, and let you know.

I found a setting under the option tab that turns off the warning dialog box

let me know how you fair with the post processers. I am asuming you use Turret presses.
