Pro-Mechnica runs slow

Dear All,

We have a customized FEA program used inside Pro-
Mechanica. The program runs fine when license is stand
alone. But the same program is very slow if the floating
license (used from license server) is used.

anybody tell me why the Program is behaving like this?
and the possible solution.
