pro/enginner blocked in drawing

i meet a strange problem with pro/engineer witch blocks when i insert a standard dimension for a view, it shows the 2 dimensions, the first is the right dimension and the second is the same but its above the first and shown with red color, and then proengineer blocks and not allows to do anything..it allowq just to clik "window" and "activate" and after that i must recreat the dimensions and the same thing hapens.
strange behavior, what is it?

try to restart proengineer without config.pro.
if the problem doesn't happen, so it is the config with contains errors.

i have started proe without config.pro and works well, i have founded a line in this config witch mad error.
