Waiting for your reply

find your last trail file
rename and take off version extension
then in pro tools>play trail file

Pro/E does not save when you exit. There are config options that will prompt you to save your work when you erase models in session, or close Pro/E

prompt_on_erase_not_disp yes
prompt_on_exit yes

You need to add those lines to your config.pro file - if you don't have one, you can create it as below.

In Wildfire 4.0 and below, it is under Tools -> Options - you will need to save the file to your startup directory (or Proe installations directory/text)to ensure that it automatically opens when you load wildfire.

Also understand that when you close the model/drawing and don't exit Pro/E, your model/drawing is still in session, even if you did not save it to the hard drive.

To retrieve it, select FILE-OPEN, then click the SESSION option, and you can open the version you were last working on.

In wf 4 Pro /not save models automatically when you quit the session.
That means you have to continuously save models. However,in Wf
5.0,the system issues a warning before quitting. As for trail files, well
they never worked for me.
