Pin Connection Trouble

Hi I am new to Pro/E and I am making scissors I am unsure how to use the pin connection in my assembly. I am trying to insert a small screw and have the end result of the two scissor parts moving.

What do i select for Axis Alignment and Translation?

Help will be much appreciated
