i am creating drawings to be used by and outside vender to be used on a burn table. i saved as dwg. they are requiring me to save 1 to 1 not only the sheet but each view in the sheet. i have no idea if this is even possible or not. i know when detailing in solidworks the views are scaled to fit the sheet. can anyone help or have any ideas?

Thanks,

Jim Buckallew

By default you will save a DWG to 1;1, there is an options button in the save as window where you can drive the DWG to be sheet scale or 1;1 when you ok it you will be warned that views are scaled different to the sheet, suggest you save and open the DWG to Check the scale. you can do this in Edrawings or down load Draft sight.

Hope this helps.

As far as I know, the .dxf format is preferred. Ask "they" about.
For .dxf also follow Paul4865 instructions.

Good luck !
