Open drawings without models

Hi,


I remember we could save drawings of parts/assemblies using a certain configuration option, and then open these drawings withoutneeding to have the part/assemblies (models) in the session or directory.


I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

Just do File/Open. On the top right hand side of the dialog box there is an icon that looks like a plus sign with a down arrow that opens a pull down menu. Pick Retrieve Drawings as View Only.

gallup is right, although it's strictly for viewing. Can't dimension. The config pro has to be set to Yes.

it' called "save_display"

it's also in the Environment.
