Offset Surface

Hello


I'm trying to offset the surface 0.6mmon the attached part to no avail. If i remove the bottom flange that flares up it works ok but then I have to add the flange seperately.


I began by using a revolve and the thicken sketch option but this never worked due to the flange again so I opted for a surface hoping to offset it.

The problem is not with the return at the bottom of the sketch, it's with the rads that are joined by a straight at the top of the posted pic, i.e. the 0.75mm Rad joins to a straight that then joins a 1.35mm Rad but they've gone 'negative'. Zoom into that area and you'll see what I mean. Fix that area of the sketch and it will offset.
