There is a design problem on the root of the blade, please first rectify this, also please let me know on which machine do you want to manufacturethis.

Thanks boss for attention.Yes ur right that there r a deign problem but now check this attatch filr and i m sure thatt it will enogh for desire work i just want to see that which seq will be the best for this fan or any material aboutmachining .2009-10-30_133327_fan.zipi have a machine called dahlih MCV 720 with fanuc control rotary attatchment 4+1 axis.

As i already told you in PM that this is not a 4+1 axis job, as the lineaer as well as the rotary/Tilting data changes at every point to to machine such kind of jobs, so you musthave machine capable of doing 5-axis simultaneous machining.


still if you need i can generate the CL data for you.
