Multiple language in Pro/detail?

How to enter three different languages in the drawing note? English, Japanese, and Chinese shown on the note?

I don't think it can be done other then manual. I think it's got to do with the language in which PRO_E was installed. English means English notes.

if there is dual dimension option. Why not dual language?
