the same as any feature. 'edit definition'. Its quite a different story to tell you what do do from here. You can add curves, delete curves, add surfaces and delete surfaces, force things tangent. You can stitch surfaces together that are too far apart. i would compare the 'edit definition' functionality to a program like Rhino. No history based modeling tools with a Pro/E interface. Rhino would have a lot more tools tho.
But really, you can use tools like offset, remove, extrude..... and so on to modify the geometry. You don't have a parametric model when you import a model, so you have to do a little more advanced/crude modification techniques.
