Modelcheck - batch mode

Onto another issue. We are trying to use modelcheck to update all of our existing ProE files to our current standards. Because of the large number of files involved I understand running in batch mode is the way to go, however I can not find ANY information on how to set up and run modelcheck in batch mode. Does anyone know how or know of any links relating to running modlecheck in batch mode.
