Im not sure if there is specifically a measure tool for what you need to do sorry.

But when your analysisng your results, just look at displacement magnitude, rather then stress etc.. Also try using the dynmic query tool to pinpoint certain points within the results window.

Probably not 100% accurate, but you might find something along the lines of doing this method which helps.

You need to create a point at your place of interest, them on promechanical on the measure definition box: on quantity select displacement and in component you can select between a specific direction (X, Y or Z) or the magnitude (which is basically the total vector from the x.y.z directions), you can create a different coordinate system in case where the global system is not the more appropriate for it.
