Istallation problem..urgent!!!

when i try to install ptc license server it shows warning
message license management was successfully installed But
could not be started and the ptc status shows counted.If
i further continue with the installation of creo
parametric it shows no flexnet license server or license
file to list...

host id showing during the set up and in license file are
same..

need some help urgently....!!!

After installing the license server, I'd recommend a re-boot of this machine.
Then the license server usually should be able to start up.

I have tried that also.. doesn't make any difference..

You need to validate the license file. Once you load the file, click "Edit License File" then "Recheck License File"

Problem solved....

when i was uninstalling the flexnet, lmadmin_ptc was not
getting removed from the services.So i deleted it using
command prompt and installed the flexnet server again and
there was no error...
