How to create this ?

I want to create a smooth solid along the curves which are marked in red ,which should be appear as smooth radius. Can anyone assist me how to do this? Thanks in advance

well, You can-`t create "smooth" solid with these conditions. You lack tangency in marked below area.



Anyway, this case is common 5nd Boundary condition. I would solve this by the use of Boundary Blend tool.
