Easiest way... If your company has used autocad before and have the formats in AutoCAD insert them in Drawing mode. For more details it would be better to Study the help section on Formats, Templates and Parameters...
Create new format, then choose papersize and orientation. When in format it is the best way to copy-paste drafted entities from AutoCAD or any other format like drawing. This way you can also create company logo on ProE format.
For all the tables (title block, BOM,...) you need to create tables in ProE and define the parameters and static text that will appear on the format.
When you complete one format, you can copy-paste all the entities (drafts, symbols, tables) to another one (assuming you need different paper sizes) or save tables as ProE tables to retrieve it later to other formats.
Edit: for the company logo it is the best way to insert drafts not bitmaps, since there are problems exporting those bitmaps to DWG, PDF, etc. Edited by: skraba
