Use "Component Operations" and then select "Cut Out". You must first make a part that represents the fluid volume that is assembled inside the boundary of the existing assembly containing your fluid. After a successful cut-out operation, you will be left with a part that represents all the "empty" volume inside the assembly. Each part that must be "cut" from the fluid part will have its own cut feature in the fluid part.
