how to create a flat pattern of a pipe

A simple question...I have i pipe, lets' say 100mm
diameter, 200 mm height. Let's say that the lower part of
the pipe is cut at an angle.
I need a flat pattern of this so it can be cut on plasma
cutter, rolled and then welded into a pipe.

Can this me done i pro/e (sheet metal)?
