Hi there...

Very new to Pro Engineer - so I'm sure the answer to this question is disturbingly obvious, but where do I go to change the background colour in Pro E. Prior to this I was an inventor user and am quite patial to there grey blue gradient...the Pro E grey on grey dosn't have all that much contrast when viewing a higly reflective white plastic part.

Please help...i'm pulling teeth over this one! ; )

Cheers then,

try this:

view-->display_settings-->system colors

a pop up window will give you color options, and at the bottom a choice to have a blended background and an edit button. choose edit and set the colors as you wish. If you save the settings as a new .scl file you can then start up with this color scheme via your config file:
system_colors_file (location on your drive)

cheers,

M
