How do you model this part??

I just came across this model while searching for something and i just can't seem to model it ... andi t really bothers me... can someone explain how to make that part?

sketch a circle
vss
draw a line at a angle to the horizon
dimesion it by length and angle
place a circle @ the end should not touch the center of the sketch
put a relation for the angle such as
sdxx = 180+(trajpar*360*5)


you can make a centerline normal to the set up and mirror to get the 2nd circle
