Holes not showing up

I have a plate with several different hole patterns added. These are holes not cut extrusions. The problem is, not all holes show up in my hole table. The first pattern shows up fine. It's first hole was created with linear references. The other holes were all created "in context", (just in case, in context is placing by using the holes, axes, etc of another object). Well, I created them in context and pattern them but they don't show up in a "hole based" the hole table. They do however show up in an "axis based" hole table but it doesn't give the diameter. So, I need to know either:

1. How to show all holes whether linearly placed or placed using an axis or,

2. How to diameters in an axis based hole table.

Was one hole pattern created on one surface of the plate and the other pattern created on the opposite surface? From what I've been able to duplicate, if the patterns are on different surfaces they won't show in the same table.

That is a good question.... I hope wasn't that ignant.
