hole in a cylinder

I'm trying to make a hole in a cylinder but I can't found the way to do it.


I found this tutorial but I don't know where the OPTIONS are within HW

The OPTIONS that the tutorial is refering to are the "type of hole", "depth of hole", "chamfer on the hole", etc. Select all or any of these things that you want your hole to have then continue with the tutorial.
