Help Wanted with CAD for small project

My background is in telecommunications and I have little to no experience with CAD software. I have been tasked to find some with drafting a small electronics enclosure in CAD. The enclosure measures 5.25" cubed.

What do you mean? I have only a 2D image in saved as a PDF. I am looking for someone who can transfer the specs into a 3D Pro/E drawng.
