HELP!-How to change the arrow color?

Hi:


1. I have a cross-section view as below:

2.When I open the property windowof the arrow, (see below)the color tab is GRAY! So I cann't Change the width of the arrow and the text!

Pick anywhere in the drawing, right click, go to drawing options, here you will find the dtl file for the given drawing. In this there are some options that govern the display style, width etc of the cross-section arrows.
