GD&T Sym in Drawing Temp: Note or Symbol?

Hi all-
I have an interesting problem in Pro E 4.0. We have completed some GD&T training at my company and decided to do away with our titleblock tolerances (i.e. x.x = +/- 0.1, x.xx = +/- 0.02, ect) and replace it with a note that says

Hi Steven,

In the relation itself you can add these @[ to make box over the datums. Just add these symbol in each relation to get the box. I hope this solve.

Still you are getting means, post the each output you need in drawing, we can try.
