I'm in search of some free or cheap stock 3D files. I'm looking for trees and bushes to be used in landscape renderings. This isn't normally what I do with the software, but I'm trying to make something work. I have found some free .obj files, but there is a problem with those files...I cannot change the color of individual surfaces, so the entire model will only be one color. Does anyone know if there is a way to change the color of individual surfaces? I want to be able to make the trunk one color, and the leaves another. I think the only way I can do this is if I can find a IGES, or STEP file, or something similar. Does anyone know where I might be able to find any? Or does anyone know a way that I can use the .obj files. My only add-on module to ProE foundation is ISDX.
