I
have a fender that is rounded and was then given a sheetmetal doubler
to place inside it. My problem is that the sheetmetal part was
not created with the appropriate bends and curves. It was drawn
as it would appear as a flat pattern. I'm new to sheetmetal so I
could use a little help here. Can anyone tell me the best way (or
any way for that matter) to form the sheetmetal part into the inside
contour of this fender? Since the fender has a radius along it's
length and from side to side, I'm just at a loss.View attachment 2744
