Form Tool Features Disappear in PDF

I'm running WF3. I have a sheet metal part with a feature made with a form tool: a lanced bridge. The drawing appears fine in Pro/E, and I can print a physical copy without difficulty. But when I create a PDF by any means, the features created by the form tool disappear in all views. Since the PDF is what I send to the vendor for fabrication, this has created some consternation. Any ideas on how to fix this?
