force balance analysis

I am using advance school edition proe. well after doing force balance analysis immediately its provide force reaction dialog box, in which its should show some force value. but its showing %f. i dont know what is the problem. is i need to activate any option for that or what is the error cause.

Plz someone helps in this regards.
