Error - Undo Suceed, Session safe to cont

I am into modeling of aerospace structural components. many a times, during the editing and updating process, I see this message 'undo succeed. session safe to continue'. Sometimes I have to restart the UG window.

Please suggest a solution if anyone has faced a similar situation.
