I have Micron VCP 800 and VCP 600 with Heidenhein control TNC530.
when I use constant load on weaterline finish sequences milling i get na error on machine "Radius to small". In the explanation line it says that the radius exceeds the minimum radius of 1.6 mikrons that the machine can produce!
I use WF3 with ISO postprocesor. I know that there are some parameter in the postprocesor files that can be modified, but i do not want to influence the quality of curves!
Is there and alternative in machining parameter in waterline milling - constant load that will fix these problem, or will it do if i get another postprocesor. I also use Mastercam and it woorks fine! Mybe conversationl post will do the trick!
