Erased dimensions

I have a drawing in which i want to orientate an axis to align with a feature, however when I select it I get an message that states "An erased dimension refrences this axis;it cannont be rotated.". Is there a way to find the erased dimension and delete it?

Use show/erase & show erased dimensions by view.

I have tried that without success. The dimensions that were erased had been created refreceing the axis in the drawing rather than shown.
