ellipse - circle blend unbend

I wonder if anyone could help me.

I've created a blended cone between a circle and an ellipse.

I can unbend it fine till a height of 100 mm (DTM4).

If I set the height to 50 mm it won't work.

I've already tryed to change the accuracy
and thickness but no use.

I really appreciate any help.

I changed the thickness to .05 and it worked for me. After seeing how you made this I am trying to do it with my blended wall. I have it going from a moon shape to a square.
