Dynamic Hyperlinks in Repeat Regions

conrat

New member
I searched for a solution, but to no avail.

Does anyone know how to make a hyperlink inside of repeat region, that
when you click on it, it opens a drawing of the current part? I
have a string parameter in each of my parts that is the drawing name I
want to open. I can get the repeat region to show this value, but
cannot figure out how to make it a hyperlink.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Jim

I gave this some thought. And I think to be able to do that, you must somehow show the path to all parts in your drawing. You need something parametric and automatic, you don't want to enter the path manually. See this for a possible solution to that :

Then you need somehow to make that path a hyperlink. At least this is what my thoughts on the subject are.
