drwng file properties?

How do I define drawing properties within a template, I want to create a template with specific properties of arrows, jogs, dimensions, line and view colors etc. I also want to detach some assembly drawings from their respective models so that they do not change in response to any changes made to the model

In solidworks system options control various proerties and drawings can be made independant from their models, not sure if this is the case with proe

.dtl fileleft click into an empty space on your drawing and right hold down. Notice the 'Drawing setup' ... should be self explanatory from there.
