How to create mapkey dimension properties on drawing ?

You can make a mapkey do almost all you can think of, can you be a bit more specific about what you want to do?

i what to create mapkey that allow me to open dimension propertis

Right-clicking on the dimension and selecting properties is very fast, I don't see how a mapkey would be an improvement.

You can also just double click the dimension to bring up the properties window.
