drawing for camera mounting

I have to design a camera mounting mechanism using gears for a shaft. its like a shaft, a gear is inserted in that shaft and a camera is mounted on the gear teeth.can anyone send some suggestions how this system is made automatic, means this camera movement should be made remote controllable

Suggestion:


Fit a bearing to the shaft, mount camera on bracket and fit to bearing on shaftso it rotates freely, cutspur gear teeth on the shaft,fit spur gear on bracket to engage with shaft gear, drive spur gear around shaft using servo motor attached to bracket.

thank you very much for ur suggestion..the servomotor u told is of which type.. a dc motor or a stepper motor
