I cannot get the drag and drop ability to work in pro-e session with pdmlink.
To clarify I was able to drag pro-e part from pro-e intralink into a assembly window directly, put cannot do this with PDMlink8.0
I have added PDMLink server to my trusted site list as instrutions below state.

Drag and Drop of a proe internal PDMLink search into an active Assemby doesn't work. It will open the part in a seperate Pro/ENGINEER Window instead of openeing the component assemble constrain menu.
Resolution
This is a IE security issue; If the pdmlink server is set as trusted Site then it works as expected.
Anyone have a solution ??
