Dimensionsing Large Radii

I have worked with Pro/E for about 7 years now and never came across
this until the other day. I looked in the extensive help section
and found no answers. I have a radius that is large and the
centerline of it extends outside the border. I would like to know
if there is a way to break the dimension, essentially bringing the axis
centerline closer to the part. I want a true dimension. I
know there is ways to create the same effect by "fudging it". I
have seen this on older 2-D drawings. Any feedback is
appreciated.

Could you make a note a use the true dimension inside it.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />


You could make it full view add dim then make it partial view

I guess I could use a note and somehow relate the note directly to that dimension. As advanced as Pro/E is, I would think there is a simpler way of accomplishing what I want. Solid Works has a function called "foreshortened" that does it for you. This subject was posted before and the best solution was to create a partial view. Thanks for your assistance.
