Datum Leader Query

Hey all,

I want to know if there is a way to fix the length or even systematically control the length of a shown datum plane in a drawing?

Now I know there are two different types of symbol but I'm sure that it wont take much working out to realise that I am not talking about the standard -A- datum symbol but the datum tag symbol. It seems as though when you show multiple symbols in a drawing and move them around to suit there is no way to make all the leader heights the same.

Is it really a best guess situation or can they by controlled or even fixed?
