customize section & detail view names

can i customize the section view name "SECTION A-A" To "A-A" and similarly "SEE DETAIL A" to "DETAIL A".

Yes you can.....in drawing just right click on that note / properties and delete "section" and "see"

Set these in your *.dtl file (note, they only affect newly created views).
