Custom border for drawing view

Hello,
ProE sets default border to the view after placement on drawing sheet.After this initial view placement is it possible to change view border manually to custom size.If possible how Proe view behaves in custom border,like whether it stays in same position or changes size(scale) according to the border.

I'm looking for this as well. It should at least be possible to change view size to the solid part of the model.
