Creo/Pro Display Fractional Drawing Scale

I am working in Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 and am having some problems getting a drawing to do what I want it to do. I'd like for the scale to be displayed in fractional (1/1) format instead of decimal (1.000). The old config.pro options were "view_scale_format" and "view_scale_denominator" but I cannot seem to find them in the new Creo. Does anybody know what special name PTC chose for these options in the new system? Thanks in advance for the insight!

They are right where they have always been, as far as I can tell. In your config.pro under "These options control views and their annotations".

it's under 'file' 'drawing options'. In the .dtl file
