Creating A Drawing Tree

Is there a good way to make a block diagram drawing tree with WF2. I have heard of Tree/Pro, but is there any other way?
 
Visio is an interesting option. Has anyone used Tree/ Pro? Is it any good? Is it sill available? I went to their website and it looks really old.
