Create sketch from cross section?

Is it possibleto create a sketch from a planar cross section in a part (or assembly) ?

One thing you can do is to create a curve using the "Use
Xsec" option.

1) Insert -> Model Datum -> Curve
2) Select the "Use Xsec"
3) Pick the xsec name from the list

Done (hopefully)!
